Greg Donnelly, President of the Carroll Center in Newton, Mass., invited me to give the keynote address at their annual fundraiser in mid-September.
We’ve worked with the Carroll Center over the past year in piloting our gamified educational suite, and we were glad to help their fundraiser by talking about our mission to improve the educational outcome of children with disabilities.
Pictured with me is the board chair, Carol Covell, and a trustee, Joseph Rizzo.
I was impressed with the commitment of their financial supporters, volunteers and staff; they are dedicated to empowering those who are blind or visually impaired to achieve independence and to lead a fulfilling life. They serve over 5,000 clients annually, of all ages and all stages of vision loss.
Thanks to Greg, Carol and the board for giving us the opportunity to further your mission.
